Previous Minutes:
No meeting held in June, therefore no minutes to approve.
New Committee Member - Treasurer
Robert Dalitz approached the committee expressing interest in taking over the Treasurer position.
Outcome: Rob was voted in and accepted by the attending committee members. Cherie Roe attended the meeting to explain the treasurer's processes to Rob.
Actions:
- Rob to meet with Jenni for handover and update on current position
- Rob to visit Bendigo Bank to provide his details and join the club bank account (these minutes serve as verification of committee membership)
- Ben to investigate Zoho Books for accounting
- Committee to explore Zoho Streams for internal communication
AFLW Function - 20th September
Event: Richmond AFLW game at Manuka Oval
Date: 20th September, 2026
Actions:
- Speak to Cameron and Dino at Richmond FC about what support they can provide
- Put Save the Date on Facebook and website
- Organise walk from club to Manuka Oval
- Explore practice session attendance
- Morning tea event
- Women's signed jersey and football for raffle/giveaway
Tipping Competition 2026
Outstanding Payments: Two members still to pay - Paul Maher and Hammo
Updates:
- Hammo has paid Raylene $50 cash - passed over to Rob for banking
- Paul Maher may have pulled out - need to confirm with Liam

Major Raffle: Items received from Richmond FC, need to confirm details - ongoing
Other Business
Meeting Schedule: Discussion on whether to change meeting day and/or time. Need to consult with Jenni on preference or revisit for next year.
